Bio
Eloise Schultz (she/her) is a writer and musician from New York City. Her first chapbook of poetry is forthcoming from Alternating Current Press.
Eloise has received grants from the Maine Arts Commission and the Maine Humanities Council for collaborative theatre projects with students from 4th to 8th grade. She also serves on the editorial staff of Chebacco, the magazine of the Mount Desert Island Historical Society. She received a BA in Human Ecology from College of the Atlantic and an MFA in Poetry from Oregon State University.
Eloise lives and works on the unceded Wabanaki territory known as Downeast Maine. She plays with the Balkan band Kotwica and is a regular host on WERU Community Radio.
